Refund Policy
All ticket sales for Dukes Up events are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, emergencies, illness, travel issues, or failure to attend the event. Tickets may not be resold, reassigned, transferred to another individual, or applied toward any future Dukes Up event or service. Dukes Up reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including but not limited to date, time, location, programming, or featured participants. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event an event is canceled by Dukes Up, Dukes Up’s sole obligation shall be to provide a refund or credit at its discretion. By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Ticket Policy in its entirety.
